What is FITTogether?

 Specialty Fitness Training & Class Coordination for:

          •  Prenatal Fitness

               Mom & Baby FITT /Stroller FITT

            •  Infant Movement Development Programming (with Mom, Dad, Grandparent, Caregiver) 6 weeks - 1 year

            •  Children's Fitness Programming  1 - 6 years

          

Services Offered:

   Instructor Training for Prenatal Fitness Classes

  •  Instructor Training for Infant Movement Development Programming  (6 weeks - 1 year)

  •  Instructor Training for Children's Programming  (1 - 6 years)

   Special Events Coordination for Classes & Workshops

   Weekly Fitness Class Provider for: Body for Birth, Wee Wigglers, Roll Play!

  •  Locator for other Fitness Classes in Niagara
